Cubs News

Well, the Cubs lost in extras today and the Astros acted like it was the World Series (sorry, you jerks lost the last one you were in), but Soriano is on pace to hit 162 homers this year.

Soriano is going to have a big year. Not 162 home runs big but I expect a good season. He's been an offensive monster ever since he's been a Cub but has been injured.

I feel like this is the year he'll be healthy, settle into a comfortable groove and do really well.

Everybody expects that high paid free agents will deliver to their new team immediately but it hardly ever works that way. (Even though the Cubs have made the playoffs every year since he joined the Cubs)

Go Cubbies!

I got the baseball package so I won't miss a game.

Cubs look good. Bats were asleep until the third game. Love Mighty Mike, I hope Fuko can pull his head out of his ass, starting pitching is lookin OK, bullpen has good pieces just not sure how they fit, I agree with Soriano, I think Aramis will have a killer year, Hell the whole line up looks and sounds pumped, and to end this long run on sentece, I am worried about Geovany.

Go Cubs!
